Wedding Workbook
To help take the stress out of the wedding planning process, we provide you with your own Wedding Workbook which will help guide you through the pre-wedding process in a neat format. The Wedding Workbook helps you stay on track and guides you through all the details and logistics of your wedding, instructing you on what you need to do and when you need to do it.
Pre-Wedding Consult
Our pre-wedding consultation will assist you with navigating your wedding workbook and will help work out the little details of your beautiful Gorge wedding. We help define your vision, help you choose the right vendors by providing you with reviews and referrals and do a site walk-through of your chosen venue.
Month of Wedding
As a wedding planner in Hood River, we understand that your wedding can be a handful even when it’s organized and thoroughly planned out. That’s why in addition to pre-wedding consultation, we also meet with you again during the month of your wedding to review your workbook and ensure that everything is on track. We also verify vendor status, schedules, and contacts.
Rehearsal
Holding a rehearsal prior to the wedding date is always a good idea. It helps the bridal party feel comfortable and prepared for the big day! To make sure your wedding in the Gorge goes off without a hitch, we coordinate the rehearsal and review the details for the wedding ceremony as well as the schedule.
The Big Day!
We want to make your special day something to remember. We will handle all of the details that often get in the way of truly enjoying yourself including set up of decorations and florals, acting as the point person for all your vendors and family. Our number one goal: to ensure that your Gorge wedding is blissful and beautiful.
Coordination Packages & Info
Wedding Coordination Services
Haute Events offers creative, fresh, and practical wedding planning ideas that will make your wedding day a beautiful experience. We provide full-service coordination and day of coordination in addition to creative styling and event management in a calm and respectful manner. With us, planning your wedding will be simply wonderful!
When it comes to your BIG DAY, you want to be sure you’ve hired a competent team who will do the job right. Haute Events has coordinated weddings for 3 years in the gorge and has built a network of connections including local flower growers, northwest cuisine chefs, pie and cake bakers, photographers and more.
Haute Events works exclusively with Apple Valley BBQ in Parkdale
1. Covid Safe Buffet Option: service charge = 25% of total food cost
This option requires addition staff to serve the food for your guests. This would allow only one person touching the utensils instead of everyone serving their own food.
2. Covid Safe with China and Silverware Option: service charge = 27% of total food cost. This option requires additional staff to serve the food for your quests and also clear away dishes as guests finish eating.
3. Traditional Buffet style Option: service charge = 22% of total food cost
This option allows guest to serve themselves.
4. Traditional Buffet Style with China and Silverware Option: service charge = 25% of total food cost. This option allows guests to serve themselves but requires one additional staff member per 75 people to carry plates as guests finish.
Additional server fees:
We offer additional servers when needed, server fees are $25 per hour per server with a minimum of 2 hours. This cost is in addition to the option costs above for when a venue requires additional staff.
When a dedicated supervisor is requested we charge $60 an hour for the supervisor to be onsite for the entirety of the event.
Extras:
If you’re booking with a venue that requires additional services, we charge an extra $100 for duties outside of food related services. (Moving table and chairs, trash removal etc.) per 100 guests.
If we are required to travel outside of Hood River County we charge a $250 travel fee.
